Terms & Conditions — hok69 Player Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any related policies:

• "Platform" means the hok69 website accessible at https://hok69.cam, including all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and subdomains.
• "Company" or "hok69" means the internationally registered entity operating the Platform under applicable international gaming licences.

3. You are not acting on behalf of any other person or third party in placing wagers.
4. You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by hok69 for any breach of these Terms.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of hok69 or any of its affiliated business entities.
6. You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. hok69 does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
7. You are of sound mind and capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

hok69 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility (including government-issued identification and proof of age) at any time, and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identity documents, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances derived from bonus activity.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and the bank account or e-wallet details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hok69 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your username and password. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

Minimum and Maximum Transactions:

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours during WIB banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next available business day. E-wallet withdrawals may be processed at any time on a 24/7 basis subject to provider availability.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have:

• Completed KYC verification in full.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "turnover requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus credit may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page. A standard welcome bonus typically carries a turnover requirement of 5× to 10× the bonus amount on sports markets or 15× to 30× on slot games — the precise figure is always stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each Player may claim each promotion once only, regardless of the number of Accounts, devices, or IP addresses used. Attempting to claim any bonus more than once is classified as bonus abuse.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only accepted and binding once confirmed by the Platform and a unique Bet ID is issued. Confirmation is displayed on-screen and recorded in your Account transaction history. hok69 reserves the right to decline any wager at its sole discretion.
• Odds Errors: In the event that incorrect odds or prices are offered due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error, hok69 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and refund the stake to the Player's Account. hok69 is not liable for any such errors.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event in question is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in circumstances outside the scope of specific market settlement rules. Void bets are refunded at stake value in full.
• Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the governing sports body or game certifying authority. In case of dispute regarding result data, hok69's decision is final, made in good faith using available official sources.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the wager to win. Any voided selection reduces the parlay by that leg; the remaining legs continue. The minimum number of selections for a valid parlay is two.
• Live Betting (In-Play): Odds on live markets change rapidly. It is the Player's responsibility to confirm odds at the point of placing a live bet. hok69 does not guarantee the accuracy of odds shown during network latency periods.

hok69 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Once a limit is applied, it takes effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or malfunctions in the Platform software. Any winnings obtained through known software faults must be reported immediately and are not payable.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, hok69's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

hok69 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document.

By registering an Account, you consent to hok69 collecting and using your personal data for the following purposes:
